During the Milan Expo in 2015, Massimo Bottura set up a revolutionary soup kitchen, the Refettorio Ambrosiano. He invited more than fifty top chefs to come and cook with ingredients that were left over elsewhere at the Expo or in the city. The chef friends, including René Redzepi and Alain Ducasse, were tested and challenged, but all created 'golden' dishes.
