To streamline our operations, we work with a fixed (online) ordering system. This reduces the time you spend managing your weekly orders, improves our service, and helps us maintain competitive pricing.

How it works:

• Weekly standing orders – your order will be prepared for pickup on fixed days each week.

• Order platform – you’ll receive login credentials to manage orders, view planning, and access invoices.

• Changes by Thursday 23:59 – modifications for the following week must be submitted before Thursday night. Reductions take effect one week later due to our production planning.

• Extra orders – additional bread can be arranged up to two days in advance, depending on availability. Reach out via mourad@bakkerijlouf.nl for special requests.

• Direct debit only – orders are only processed after the signed mandate (ref. 38) is received and your bank confirms acceptance.
