about us

sparked by a friendship with café binnenvisser, we first started baking in 2022. what began as a simple idea became a bakery built on simplicity, care and craftsmanship. inspired by traditions in sourdough, we use time-honoured techniques to create bread and pastries with character, served in a relaxed setting where people can come together. 

 

at each of our locations, we bring together good food, great coffee and laidback vibes.

we take pride in everything we make and in the partnerships we’ve built. from handmade sourdough bread to fluffy focaccia, from flaky croissants to our coffee-forward approach, every product reflects our focus on quality and craft. â€‹
