sparked by a friendship with café binnenvisser, we first started baking in 2022. what began as a simple idea became a bakery built on simplicity, care and craftsmanship. inspired by traditions in sourdough, we use time-honoured techniques to create bread and pastries with character, served in a relaxed setting where people can come together.
at each of our locations, we bring together good food, great coffee and laidback vibes.
