Besides bringing fresh bread and great coffee into the daily rhythm of our guests, we want bakkerij louf to have a positive impact on our neighbourhood.

Traditional sourdough craft is at the heart of louf. We use low-intervention techniques to create bread and pastries with character — from robust loaves to crispy baguettes to buttery croissants. Our team of artisans shape our sourdough bread by hand every day, letting it rise for 18 to 20 hours to develop its signature deep flavours.
While our bakers keep an eye on the oven, our baristas are on standby to brew your coffee to start the day. Made with our selection of specialty beans, enjoy your choice of coffee served with a classic Dutch chat about the weather.
We take pride in everything we make and in the partnerships we’ve built. From the farmers to our in-house artisans, it takes a village to serve consistent, high-quality goods on a daily basis. Down to the crumb, every ingredient we use reflects our passion for quality.
We love collaborating with people who care about their craft as much as we do. That’s why we work closely with Kef, whose cheeses come from traditional farms, and Lindenhoff, a family-run local business that supplies us with high-quality meat.
Our fruit and vegetables are sourced through Jimmy Loves Food, connecting us to local growers who share our appreciation for fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Lastly, coffee ties it all together: we regularly test and taste with some of the best roasters around, including Rum Baba, Friedhats, Manhattan.
